We're a woman-owned, Plano-based team renting reusable moving totes across the DFW metroplex — delivered to your door, picked up when you're done.
Our story
The Moving Box Co. grew out of the Quality Cleaning Co. family — a local Plano business that has spent years inside people's homes on moving day. After hundreds of move-in and move-out cleans, we saw the same scene play out again and again: a mountain of used cardboard, bought in a panic, taped together, and thrown away days later.
There had to be a better way. So we launched a rental service for heavy-duty, reusable plastic totes: we drop them off clean and nested, you pack and move without a single roll of tape, and we pick up the empties when you're settled in. Better for your move, better for the planet.
Being part of an established local business family means we started with the boring-but-important things already in place — real infrastructure, real insurance, and a service standard our sister company built its name on.

No tape, no collapsing boxes, no post-move dumpster run. One tote replaces 2–3 cardboard boxes — and never ends up in a landfill after one use.

Grocery-store boxes carry odors, moisture, and whatever was stored in them before. Every one of our totes is hot-washed and disinfected between rentals.

Cleaner than cardboard — guaranteed
Every tote goes through our full sanitization protocol between rentals: a high-pressure 160°F+ hot wash, then an EPA-registered disinfectant fog. We photograph each sanitized batch so you can see exactly what arrives at your door.
Delivering across DFW
From our Plano warehouse we cover the whole metroplex in three zones. Delivery is free within 15 miles — including Plano, Allen, Frisco, Richardson, McKinney, The Colony, and North Dallas. Pickup is always free, everywhere.
